David Walliams, oh David Walliams. Such a funny, inspiring author. Perhaps you’ve heard of him? Well, if you haven’t, you don’t know what you’re missing out on. He has written many books like: Gangsta granny, Billionaire boy, Awful Auntie and (my absolute favorite) Bad Dad. So, grab one book now, bug your parents to get his books!
He is a funny author, I suppose it’s a little hard to write SO many books. Imagine writing all of those books! Also, maybe it’s also a little hard being famous with signing all of those autographs. What if YOU were a writer, what would you feel like?
My grandpa, Kader Abdolah is also a writer, and he wrote Het huis van de moskee, and De papagaai vloog over de IJssel.
I also LOVE books and every time I read them I just get lost in it like I’m in a dream. If I was allowed I would read ALL DAY! It’s like when you eat food you get energy, so I’s kind of the same thing but books are the food and all the energy goes to my brain.
My favorite books are: Big Nate, Dog Man, Diary of a wimpy Kid and Bad Dad.
On average I think I have read over 500 books (I did the math. Like 3-4 books a week, times 52 x 4 years as I started reading when I was 4).
My brother, (Given) got inspired by me to start reading books. And we also sometimes get into fights about each other’s books. (I imagine that happened/happens to you sometimes, readers.)
I also love drawing my favorite characters from the books.
My family most days get a tad annoyed as I am so distracted by reading that they have to call me numerous (read 15!) times to get my attention. Sorry!
